Reference Number 00005144581 The following stakeholders will be notified when work begins: CSAP Operations OFM Local Fire Departments The dry sprinkler system will only be permitted to be shutdown outside of regular school hours. When the dry sprinkler system is offline, the Contractor will conduct and record a fire watch. During shutdowns, building occupants will be limited to CSAP staff and the Contractor in areas where work is to take place. The fire alarm system will remain operational and monitored for the duration of the project. A full school walkthrough will be completed and recorded at the end of each day work is conducted in the building. A mandatory sign in sheet will be in the lobby. Temporary lighting shall be LED and bear an approved certification (CSA or ULC). No hot work shall be performed in the building without written approval from CSAP. Upon completion of project the system will be hydrostatically tested. All stakeholders will be notified when the project is complete.
