The project includes renovations to the CFX owned Magnolia Service Center building. Specifically, the project will provide updates to the unoccupied portion of the existing building to accommodate the fulfillment center staff, space, and storage requirements from CFX's Headquarters. The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements to modify the layout of the space and the needed restroom improvements. The project also includes minor noise abatement improvements to the main entry and lobby to improve the acoustics in the area. *Pre-Bid Meeting: Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Meeting & Site Visit: Respondents may attend the pre-solicitation conference either in person or virtually. However, the site visit must be attended in person; no virtual attendance option will be available for the site visit. Attendance at both the pre-solicitation conference and the in-person site visit is mandatory. Virtual attendance at the pre-solicitation conference does not satisfy the requirement to attend the site visit. Failure to attend either mandatory event will render the Respondent non-responsive.
