Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Replacement of terminal units in Building 500 at Atlanta Metropolitan State College. The intent of the project is to provide replacement Parallel Powered Induction Terminal Units (PIU) serving all levels of the 3-story Building 500. All hot water heating piping from the mechanical room risers to the new units will be replaced. All replacement PIU terminal units will include hot water reheat coils. Replacement PIU terminal units will include electronic type BAS controls by ALC. The BAS vendor shall be responsible for providing 24V control power and any needed transformers from available 120V or 208V power circuits to all replacement PIU terminal units. All affected pneumatic controls shall be removed and capped
