Repair of a compromised drainage pipe off Squantum Drive and restoration of the area per CRMC maintenance certification. Scope of work: Project located at the intersection of Squantum Dr & Warwick Ave (1464 Warwick Ave.) Rebuild the existing manhole located approximately 20 feet south of Squantum Drive Remove approximately 40 feet of existing blocked/damaged 18-inch drainage pipe Install new 40 feet of 18-inch drainage pipe Clear vegetation from drainage outlet (south of the subject property driveway) Install rip-rap at drainage outlet Clean and flush pipe from outlet to Squantum Drive Reestablish existing grade, as necessary Loam and seed all disturbed areas All work must comply with the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction and Standard Details and must conform to CRMC Maintenance Certification M2025-12-009. Project to begin immediately upon issuance of the purchase order. Mandatory on-site pre-bid on August 25, 2026. Contractors not present will be disqualified from bidding. Bid price required is a lump sum plus a 20% contingency.
