Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Remington, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
There is no asphalt paving included with this project, only concrete paving. The contract will consist of the following improvements at the existing park, including but not limited to demolition of the existing playground , site preparation, excavation and grading, new concrete sidewalks, shelter pads, and playground restraint edging, installation of two shade shelters, landscaping, and utility work including site lighting, playground underdrains, a new storm sewer line, and relocation of a water line. One add alternate is included with the project for relocation of the existing sanitary sewer line. All playground equipment, footings, and surfacing will be provided and installed by the supplier, Recreation Insites. work to commence on or before April 1, 2027. Final completion - May 24, 2027.
