Renovation of a library in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

Reference Number 0000432589 The removal of existing lighting and the installation of new LED lighting fixtures. - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % Question Deadline 08/31/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Please address any and all questions , in writing, to Brian Chairmonte, Specification Writer, Division of Purchase at brianchairmonte@ongov.net, Contractors will be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing lights located at the Onondaga County White Branch Library. There are a total of twenty-five (25) new fixtures to be installed. Work will be performed on the first floor and the basement. Twenty (20) lights will be installed on the first floor and five (5) will be installed in the basement. All new LED lights need to be acquired and installed by Contractor. Any electrical requirements or equipment that may be needed to complete the job must be provided by contractor. An equipment list is provided below. Please bid as a complete project.
