Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Replacement of air handling units BL-4, BL-5, BL-14 and BL-26; addition of a steam to glycol hot water heat exchanger in the North penthouse to serve existing preheat and reheat coils and future heating loads. The selected contractor must comply with M/WBE goals. State University of New York goals are: 12% MBE and 18% WBE participation of the total contract value. State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project.
