Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a medical facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for the demolition of a medical facility.

Alterations to the existing emergency department walk-in entrance to accommodate new weapons detection equipment and replacement of 72 obsolete room pressure monitoring devices across multiple hospital locations. Scope includes demolition, carpentry, door/wall protection, HVAC, electrical, flooring, and painting. EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project.
