Replacement of windows in occupied apartments and common areas, abatement of asbestos building components, provision of exterior and interior trim, painting, and sealant work. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. The work, in general , consist of the replacement of: windows within occupied apartments & common areas (corridors , stairwells , offices , multi -purpose rooms, conference rooms & other common and/or support areas ) ; abatement of asbestos building components as required to accommodate for the proposed work & proper monitoring of work areas by qualified environmental consultant ; provision of exterior & interior trim work, painting & sealant work; and other interior/exterior associated work items as noted on the drawings & within the specifications of the contract document The work, in general, consist of: the removal and replacement of windows; repair of interior finishes; reinstallation of AC sleeves and AC units; provision of interior & exterior sealant systems; painting; and other work items as described within the bid documents.
