Renovation of a water / sewer project in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for the Project includes preconstruction services, as described below, with the option to transition to a future Construction Management Contract once a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is established for the construction phase. If the GMP is accepted by BC Ferries, the Construction Manager will enter into a separate agreement for the construction and installation of electrical components, including but not limited to owner-supplied equipment and/or structures, at one or more of the following terminals: Nanaimo Harbour Gabriola/Descanso Bay Campbell River Quadra Island/ Quathiaski Cove The Scope of Work may also include possible repairs to infrastructure, at the terminal locations identified in Schedule A - Site Locations. The general requirements of the Scope of Work include marine structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls upgrades and repairs required to extend the service life of the existing berth infrastructure. The Scope of Work below will form the basis of the Scope of Work which will be included in the Contract. Deadline for Questions September 8, 2026, 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time
