Provide a wide range of construction services under a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) as an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) program. Work includes design-build projects; renovations; additions and upgrades; new construction involving multiple construction trades and disciplines; and the repair and replacement of roadways, airfield taxiways, and runways. Services may require complete project design from concept development or from a performance-based statement of work. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidental items necessary to complete individual projects from conception through completion. Task orders will be issued on a firm-fixed-price basis for projects ranging in value from approximately $2,000 to $10,000,000. The contract program has a total ceiling value not to exceed $99,000,000 over a potential six-year ordering period, consisting of a 24-month base period and two 24-month option periods. A seed project, Repair Foundation B1099 and B412, will be used for evaluation and pricing purposes and includes multiple construction disciplines. Awardees will compete for individual task orders issued under the contract vehicle and will be required to participate in a mandatory partnership/pre-construction meeting following contract award.
