Site work for a military facility in Canyon Lake, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
Remove and replace twenty-seven (27) existing campsite shelters at Canyon Lake recreation areas, including thirteen (13) shelters at Potters Creek Park campsites 68-71, 73, 75-79, and 81-83; twelve (12) shelters at Potters Creek Park campsites 84-88 and 98-104; and two (2) shelters at North Park gate attendant sites. Work includes furnishing, delivering, and installing brown-colored steel campsite shelters with two posts, gable roofs, integrated tables and benches, and all associated hardware. Services also include site preparation, area clearing, demolition of existing picnic shelters, foundation preparation and construction, and erection of the new metal shelter structures. Location: Potters Creek Park and North Park, Canyon Lake, TX. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time Question Deadline 09/14/2026 Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions and requests for clarifications no less than seven (7) days prior to the RFP closing date .
