Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Orange Park, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Clay County is seeking quotes from qualified Contractors for fencing repairs and installations to be completed within and around multiple playing fields at Tanglewood Park. Project Location: 1466 Gifford Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32065 Work shall include, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of chain link fabric, installation of new rails, and re-tying existing fencing components as specified below. General Requirements o Verify all field measurements prior to installation. o Remove and properly dispose of damaged or replaced materials. o Install all new materials to match existing fence system specifications unless otherwise noted. o Ensure all replaced rails are 1-5/8" Schedule 40 weight (40wt) unless otherwise specified. o Chain link fabric shall match specified gauges (6x9ga or 8x9ga). o Re-tie and double wrap fencing using appropriate steel ties to ensure secure attachment to rails and posts. Maintain site safety and minimize disruption to field use. o Restore all disturbed areas to original condition. Scope by Location T-Ball Field o Replace approximately one hundred and forty (140) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt mid and bottom rail at 1st base dugout. Replace approximately one hundred and forty (140) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt mid and bottom rail at 3rd base dugout. o Re-tie and double wrap approximately three hundred (300) LF of outfield chain link fabric. o Replace approximately twenty (20) LF of 6x9 gauge chain link fabric in outfield. o Replace approximately sixty (60) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt rails (both end rails) at 3rd base batting cage. Replace approximately twenty (20) LF of 8x9 gauge chain link fabric at both ends of 3rd base batting cage. Field South of Field #1 o Replace approximately one hundred and forty (140) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt mid and bottom rail at 1st base dugout. Replace approximately twenty (20) LF of 8x9 gauge chain link fabric at 1st base dugout. o Replace approximately thirty (30) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt bottom rail at 1st base dugout. o Replace approximately twenty (20) LF of 8x9 gauge chain link fabric at 3rd base batting cage. o Replace approximately sixty (60) LF of 1-5/8 x 40wt rail at 3rd base batting cage. o Replace approximately one hundred and forty (140) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt mid and bottom rail at 3rd base dugout. Field #1 : Replace approximately seventy (70) LF of 6x9 gauge chain link fabric at 1st base outfield interior. Replace approximately thirty (30) LF of 6x9 gauge chain link fabric at 1st base batting cage. o Replace approximately thirty (30) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt top rail at 1st base batting cage. o Replace approximately fifty (50) LF of 8x9 gauge chain link fabric at 1st base batting cage interior. Replace approximately seventy (70) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt bottom rail at 1st base dugout. o Replace approximately eighty (80) LF of 8x9 gauge chain link fabric from 1st base dugout to backstop. o Re-tie backstop fencing as required. o Re-tie bottom rail from 3rd base dugout to backstop. o Replace approximately seventy (70) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt bottom rail at 3rd base dugout. o Re-tie chain link fabric at 3rd base batting cage. o Replace approximately thirty (30) LF of 6x9 gauge chain link fabric at 3rd base batting cage. Replace approximately sixty (60) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt rails at both ends of 3rd base batting cage. Replace approximately thirty (30) LF of 6x9 gauge chain link fabric at 3rd base batting cage. Replace approximately ten ( 10) LF of 6x9 gauge chain link fabric at 3rd base batting cage. Re-tie approximately seventy (70) LF of chain link fabric from 3rd base area to outfield. Rookie Field (Field 8) Re-tie approximately three hundred (300) LF of outfield chain link fabric. Replace approximately one hundred ( 100) LF of 6x9 gauge chain link fabric in outfield . Replace approximately one hundred and twenty (120) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt mid and bottom rail at 1st base dugout. Replace approximately one hundred and twenty (120) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt mid and bottom rail at 3rd base dugout. Re-tie approximately one hundred (100) LF of chain link fabric from 3rd base to outfield. Install approximately forty (40) LF of 1-5/8" x 40wt bottom rail (2" boulevard clamps) from 3rd base to outfield.
