The project consists of the milling and resurfacing of Vail Road from Route 46 to Baldwin Road, including minor drainage improvements, resetting castings and limited curb and sidewalk repairs. Additionally, as an alternate bid, the replacement of the existing 6” water main with a new 12” DIP water main, including connections, service laterals, fire hydrants and associated appurtenances. Major estimated quantities are as follows: Hot Mix Asphalt Milling, 3” or Less 22,510 S.Y.
