Description

Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Fire alarm system upgrade at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Replacement of existing fire alarm control units and Miniplex transponders; installation of new fire alarm control units in a new fire-rated communications room; replacement of manual stations, smoke detectors, input/output modules and related devices; installation of new fire alarm devices and circuits; replacement of sprinkler supervisory contacts; mechanical and electrical services for communications room; removal of obsolete fire alarm wiring, conduit and equipment; updating TrueSite graphics workstation; testing, verification, commissioning and integrated life safety testing. Ancillary mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler and controls modifications are included. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond.
