Description Remove, dispose of existing front doors and vestibule doors inside City Hall and replace with new doors. Specifications 1. City Hall Main Entrance - Exterior Vestibule Doors (2 sets of doors). Materials and labor required to remove and dispose of existing doors, frame and hardware. Work with City Building Maintenance Manager, Arnold Pollis, to salvage door hardware before disposing of doors. Install one new Special-Lite (or Equivalent) medium bronze SL14 x SL245 full lite door and transom frame with 1/4 " bronze tempered, shatterproof glass ; new Select DKB aluminum continuous hinges. Install two new Von Dupin QEL 3327 SVR exit devices LBR 313 ; two new Glynn Johnson concealed overhead doorstops; and two new Von Dupri nelectri power transfer units. Install one new Dorma ED250 double door operator with two RF switch plates and sensor package. o Install two new brush door sweeps , one aluminum threshold. o Install two new 8" offset door pulls. o Ability to override the door system so it can lock from the reserve officer deck. Mirror(s) installed so the reserve officer can see who comes and goes. A chime system so the reserve officer knows the door is open. The ability to also override during busy times.
