The demolition of the existing Administrative Facility at the WCSD#2 Wastewater Treatment Plant and the construction of a new Multifunctional Process Control & Administration Facility. Meet all NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation terms, conditions, and requirements. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
