Construction of two new tennis courts including tennis court nets, chain link fencing, stone dust and cement concrete walkways, gravity block retaining walls, guard rail, a stormwater drainage system, and a sound barrier. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 50% Payment Bond. The Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for BID 2027-02 Tennis Courts. Two new tennis courts are proposed on ENSATSD's South Campus. Associated site improvements include tennis court nets, chain link fencing, stone dust and cement concrete walkways, gravity block retaining walls, guard rail, a stormwater drainage system, and a sound barrier.
