The project is the rehabilitation of the existing William Place sanitary sewer pump station, including but not limited to : site preparation and selective demolition; temporary bypass pumping; soil erosion and sediment control ; furnishing and installing new submersible wet well pumps , variable frequency drives , guide rail system, and appurtenant hardware ; furnishing and installing a new grinder unit, rail system, and control panel ; furnishing and installing a new abovegrade duplex valve vault complete with valves , access hatch, davit crane, bypass connection, flow meter, and controls ; demolition and decommissioning of the existing dry well ; new yard piping ; furnishing and installing all electrical wiring, components, equipment , and appurtenances ; removal and disposal of an existing underground propane tank, including permitting ; and site restoration including surface restoration, fencing, and bollards.
