Wetland, Groundwater, and Floodplain Restoration at Poplar Street and Mollie Drive, Tewksbury, MA. PROJECT ADDRESS 62 CARLETON ROAD (POPLAR ST.) 0 HILL STREET (MOLLIE DRIVE) TEWKSBURY, MA 01876 The work under this contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete wetland, groundwater, and floodplain restoration work as described under Wetland and Groundwater Restoration at Poplar Street & Wetland and Floodplain Restoration at Mollie Drive, Contract PW-25-05. The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of excess fill and debris within the project area; regrading historic wetland areas, installation of native plantings; and construction of recreational features such as stone fords, benches, and stairs. The work also includes all incidental materials, labor, and measures necessary to complete the restoration and site improvements as shown on the plans and specified. Includes all else necessary for the successful completion of the work. No guarantees are made for the amount of work to be done. Final quantities will be determined by the Engineer based on bid pricing received. The Owner does not guarantee a specific quantity to be purchased, or items to be used. Should a Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from the contract documents, or should a Bidder have questions as to the interpretation of the contract documents, the Bidder shall submit such in writing to Alexander Patterson, Senior Ecologist, EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC via email to apatterson@eaest.com by 2:00 pm on August 20, 2026
