The work includes, in general, but is not limited to, the following works: Decontamination work (demolitions in the presence of contaminants); The addition of a 350kW generator to natural gas; The addition of a complete ventilation system for the garage area, including energy recovery and natural gas systems; The addition of a capture system to the source of fire vehicle exhaust gases; The addition of a complete ventilation system to the drying area for personal protective clothing; The electrical room upgrade; The addition of building automation in the building; The upgrade of the fire system and related accessories; Structural reinforcement of the roof structure; Demolition of existing systems; Plumbing work; Electrical work; Excavation, backfill and civil works; Landscaping work.
