Renovation of a hospitality development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
Trade Contractor shall fully perform the Work described in Exhibit A and all work reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents as necessary for a complete and functioning installation for Trade Contractor's scope. Trade Contractor shall field verify existing conditions, dimensions, access, routing, and interface conditions before fabrication, procurement, or installation. Trade Contractor shall promptly notify General Contractor of discrepancies or conflicts before proceeding with affected work. Trade Contractor shall coordinate its work with General Contractor, other trades, owner-furnished materials, vendors, hotel operations, and existing building systems. Bidder questions due : Friday, August 21 , 2026 , at 3:30 p.m. local time . The model-room work consists of limited interior renovation of two existing hotel guestrooms , South Tower Queen/Queen Room 328 and North Tower King Room 333, together with limited adjacent corridor work associated with Room 333. The model rooms are being constructed for review, coordination, pricing, and production validation purposes. Limited interior renovation of two existing hotel guestrooms and adjacent corridor work, including drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection modifications.
