The scope of services will include evaluation of the existing fire alarm panel system to ensure thorough understanding of what is being required as part of this proposal, installation of a new fire alarm panel and all related devices. Canon Apartment, an elderly housing facility located in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania at the address of One West College Street, Canonsburg, PA 15317.One for one replacement of the existing fire alarm panel One for one replacement of related and connected devices Reusing as much existing wiring/equipment as possible Possible installation of a cellular dialer, if necessary Replace the existing antiquated fire alarm panel. Replace all connected and necessary devices. Reuse as much wiring and existing material as possible. This is a one-for-one replacement, meaning the system will remain entirely the same, only replacing with new parts (no additions or expansions other than the possible installation of a cellular dialer) as we will remain under the fire code that was established when the building was constructed.
