Replace the lantern floor, lantern room and shingle siding Restoration of the historic Five Islands Lighthouse including removal and replacement of shingle siding, removal and reconstruction of the lantern room and lantern floor, installation of sheathing membrane, rainscreen and Eastern Cedar shingles, replacement of deteriorated sheathing as required, trim repairs and painting, custom zinc flashing, staining, installation of slip-resistant exterior lantern deck surface, replacement of lantern room and dormer roofs with steel roofing, temporary access facilities, site protection, cleanup and associated restoration work.
