SCOPE OF WORK Design phase services for bollard integration and signal coordination in Downtown Flagstaff The City of Flagstaff is seeking qualified vendors to provide 100% design phase services for a project in Downtown Flagstaff involving the installation of bollards on Aspen Avenue at the intersections of Leroux Street and San Francisco Street. The bollards must be capable of deployment during special events. Key design considerations include: o Assessment of bollard types (removable, retractable, automated, or other recommended systems) o Analysis of existing underground utilities and impacts on bollard feasibility o Evaluation of how signal timing can be programmed, adjusted, or controlled in coordination with bollard operations o Identification of mechanisms or controller configurations needed to support signal functionality o Replacement of at least one signal pole and mast arm o Installation of a new signal controller cabinetDETAIL SCOPE OF WORK: This project is located at the intersections of Aspen Avenue and Leroux Street, and Aspen Avenue and San Francisco Street.
