Contractor shall provide a dumpster or truck for material to be removed. 5. Contractor shall remove existing flooring including quarter round trim, glue and make sure floor is thoroughly clean. 6. Contractor is responsible for and liable for any damage caused by them for the duration of this project 7. Contractor is responsible for the conduct of their personnel while on this project. employees are expected to always be courteous and professional. 8. Fayette County has a strick no tobacco policy, this includes smoking, vaping, or chewing, in all County buildings, and on all County property. 9. Contractors shall provide signage for safety and barriers to keep people out of their work area. 10. Contractor shall provide a timeline for this project to be done, once the project starts the contractor shall continue to completion without delays. 11. County personnel will inspect all work performed under this contract to ensure compliance with project specifications. 12. If an inspection identifies any deficiencies or noncompliance, work shall be suspended until the issue has been corrected to the County's satisfaction. The County recommends (MAPEI 399 FLOOR ADHESIVE) or equal to for this project. 15. There are no drawings or measurements provided by the County for this project. 16. Contractors are responsible for acquiring their own floor measurements for this project. 17. Contractors are required to be present for the pre-quote meeting.
