In accordance with Section 103D-304, HRS, the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism (DBEDT), Foreign-Trade Zone Division (FTZ), is publishing this notice to invite persons engaged in providing Environmental Engineering Services to submit current statements of qualifications and expressions of interest for project consideration. FTZ has a number of environmental engineering issues relating to its Pier 2 facility, including asbestos and lead paint management. FTZ is seeking submittals of qualifications from offerors to provide comprehensive Environmental Engineering services for all phases of planning, specifying, and overseeing the execution of solutions, and for specifying preventative maintenance at FTZ's Pier 2 facility, 521 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. The selected vendor will serve as the principal point of contact and technical advisor responsible for overseeing all aspects of the environmental work conducted at the FTZ facility. This will be a multiple-year contract, to be determined by the time required to complete the work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
