The Project generally consists of modifications of interior piping for isolation valve addition and expansion joint replacement, and preparing the modification areas for refill of the tank. Work is located at the JFK Tower site, located at 3361 John F Kennedy Road, in Dubuque, Iowa. Replies will be issued to Contract Document holders of record as Addenda to the Drawings and Specifications and will become part of the Contract Documents. Neither City nor a Bidder may rely on oral clarification
