Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Neighborhood road resurfacing project. Prospective BIDDERS may address questions to Dylan Osborn, PE, (dosborn@teceng.com) at 7288 Central Parke Blvd, Mason, Ohio 45040. The Contractor shall do all the work and furnish all materials, except as herein otherwise specified, necessary or proper for performing and completing the work of the Contract. The methods, materials and appliances used, therefore, must be such as will produce the quality of work specified and ensure safety to the public and property. Access to abutting properties SHALL BE MAINTAINED at all times except for temporary periods as herein stated. In the event the Contractor will be temporarily blocking the access to any property during some period of construction, he must notify all residential or business occupants at least 24 hours before said blockage to allow them time to move any vehicles in or out. INTERFERENCE WITH EXISTING STRUCTURES The Contractor shall notify, at least forty-eight (48) hours before breaking ground, the Owner and all public service corporations whose wires, pipes, conduits and other structures may be affected by his operations. He shall likewise notify the Chief of the Fire Department and Police Department of the temporary blocking ofany street. RIGHTS IN THE USE OF MATERIALS FOUND ON THE PROJECT SITE Existing headwall, wingwalls and culvert pipes, as noted on the plans, are to be used by the Contractor and placed as rock channel protection as noted on the plans. Old materials not reserved by the Owner and not to be used in the work will become the property of and must be disposed of by the Contractor. CLEAN-UP DURING CONSTRUCTION The Contractor shall at all times, maintain the job site and working areas in an orderly condition, reasonably clean and free of accumulations of dirt and debris. If the Contractor fails to maintain the job site and working area in a condition satisfactory to the Owner, the Owner shall have the right to employ others to do so at the Contractor's expense. The Contractor shall be responsible for clean-up prior to the end of each working day. FINAL CLEAN-UP As soon as portions of the work are ready for use, they shall be thoroughly cleaned by the Contractor of all dirt and rubbish, and cleared of all materials, forms, false work, temporary structures and equipment. The Contractor shall also clean out all sewer drains, inlets, manholes and other underground lines and structures built by him or affected by his work.
