The work includes removal, demolition, salvage, and reinstallation activities associated with the renovation of computer rooms, adjacent office space, and supporting building systems. Scope includes spot repair and reinstallation of access floor tiles and pedestals, removal of the suspended ceiling system, removal of an exterior double door, demolition of an exterior wall to accommodate a new door, removal of trees and shrubs, demolition of ceiling-level and underfloor smoke detectors, and removal of graphic annunciators located in Rooms 119B and 119C. The project also includes removal of two 8-ton Liebert computer room air handling units (AHUs), disconnection and demolition of existing electrical receptacles, telecommunication drops, mechanical equipment, and all related incidental work necessary to support the renovation. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
