Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Lorain, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
WORK: This project involves construction of a new pump station, cleaning and improvements to the existing detention basin, and site piping improvements. Work includes demolition of the existing pump station. In addition, certain fittings on the existing force main will have supplementary restraints added in accordance with the schedule of work in the Prices to Include. Other allowance work is also identified as well. Bonds: Certified Check required, 10% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount).
