Reference Number 0000432517 Request for Proposals ( RFP ) to provide road improvements to a designated portion of Kuban Road in Rockwall County, Texas . Rockwall County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, traffic control devices, testing, permits, incidentals, and services necessary to complete concrete pavement repairs and associated improvements on portions of Kuban Road located between South FM 548 and Lake Estates Drive in Rockwall County, Texas. The intent of this project is to remove and replace failed concrete pavement sections, repair and reconstruct the underlying base material, restore adjacent disturbed areas, and return the roadway to a safe and serviceable condition. Rockwall County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submittals .
