Site work and renovation of a civil project in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Replacement of sanitary sewer pump system, gravity piping, grinders, force main, heat tracing, and installation of a new sump pump for secondary containment. The Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and the performance of all Work (included all appurtenant work), as shown or specified in the Contract Documents, including but not limited to: A. Replacement of the Plant 1 and Plant 2 Sanitary Sewer system, including the sanitary sewer pump system, approximately 1,600 linear feet of gravity piping, and approximately 550 linear feet of force main, B. Replacement of existing heat tracing on the Sanitary force main, C. Provision and installation of a sump pump to empty secondary containment, D. Secondary containment for sanitary sewer system, E. Installation of electrical appurtenances to support the new sanitary sewer grinders and pumps, as well as SCADA integration, and F. Performing concrete repairs. Question Deadline 09/03/2026 at 5:00 PM ET If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation through OpenGov.
