This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Fort Defiance, Arizona. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

A. Five (5) each, Direct Current (DC) Power Plant or equivalent to shall be ready for work when delivered. B. Direct Current (DC) Power Plant or equivalent to shall include all standard equipment and accessories listed by the manufacturer in the advertised and published literature for the unit. No such item of equipment or accessories shall be removed or omitted for the reason that it was not specified in the bid. The advertised and published literature for the Direct Current (DC) Power Plant or equivalent to that are bid shall be included in the bid response(s). C. The Direct Current (DC) Power Plant or equivalent to shall meet the following specifications. If it is necessary to bid alternate equipment or to take exceptions to the specifications as set forth, this must be stated in the bid. Each bidder shall indicate whether the units comply with the specifications. Failure to follow the format or answer the specification may cause the bid response to be disqualified. If extra space is needed, feel free to attach extra sheets. When doing this, be sure the description references the appropriate item(s) of the specification. D. Unless otherwise stated, the use of manufacturer's name and product numbers are for descriptive purposes and establishing general quality levels only. They are not intended to be restrictive. Bidders are required to state exactly what they intend to furnish; otherwise, it is fully understood that they shall furnish all the stated items.
