Site work and renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 45,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION Pueblo County Parks and Recreation is requesting sealed bids from qualified irrigation contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, testing, startup, commissioning, and incidentals necessary to reconstruct the athletic field irrigation system serving approximately 45,000 square feet at the Pueblo County Recreation Center. Work includes connection to the existing 2-inch irrigation mainline downstream of the existing RP backflow prevention assembly, installation of a new Schedule 40 PVC irrigation system, booster pump system, Rain Bird ESP 2 wire modular controller with expansion capability, Rain Bird Flow Sensor, master valve, Rain Bird PEB Series valves, Rain Bird 8005/950 or Rainbird 6504 athletic rotors, auxiliary quick-coupling valves, electrical improvements, testing, commissioning, and restoration PROJECT LOCATION Pueblo County Recreation Center 1650 Cooper Pl, Pueblo, Colorado 81006 Bidders shall promptly notify the County of ambiguity, inconsistency or error which they may discover upon examination of the Bidding Documents or of the site and local conditions. Bidders requiring a clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to reach the County Question Deadline 08/27/2026
