The City of Bartow is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision to complete manhole lining and structural rehabilitation for gravity sewer and stormwater collection systems throughout the City. This work includes the application of cementitious and polyurethane lining technologies to address deficiencies and structural issues commonly found in existing brick and concrete manhole structures. Question Submission Deadline:September 1, 2026, 4:00pm shall be for a period of one (1) year from the date of bid award with options to automatically renew for two (2), one (1) year terms following the initial term unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the termination clauses provided herein. The City and/or Awardee may opt out of such renewal option(s) with written notice provided to the appropriate party within sixty days (60) prior to the end of a service year period.
