The work shall include furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform and complete the installation of the project as shown on the drawings and any incidental work not shown or specified which can reasonably be determined to be part of the work and necessary to provide complete and functional system. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all permits, prior to the commence of of the irrigation installation , The work includes the following: a. an irrigation system for all 9 holes of the golf course plus practices areas; b. a new central control system, Rain Bird Cirrus Pro IC, ICM devices, and associated surge protection and wiring; c. sprinkler, quick couplers, valves, and associated pipe network; d . a submersible pump station including pumps , piping, valves, and electrical controls. Add Alternative 1 : WSSC Water Supply System. a. WSSC authorization. b. WSSC wet tap and 1.5" meter crock; c . 2' reduced pressure zone backflow preventer (RPZ), heat tape, remote control valve, insulated enclosure, concrete pad. d. 3" DR11 HDPE from RPZ to a PVC flow metering spool near the pump building; e. 10-2 w/G type UF from RPZ to the pump building; f. 12-1 type UF from pumping plant motor to control cabinet to the RPZ; g. 2" flow metering spool with connection to the pumping plant motor control cabinet; h. 2.5" PVC pipe from the flow metering spool to an open discharge at the irrigation pond.
