Turnkey rooftop unit replacement including site work, utility relocation, and necessary roof repairs. (A) IN COMPLIANCE WITH YOUR INVITATION TO BID, THE UNDERSIGNED PROPOSES TO FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, HAULAGE, SERVICES, AND INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE WORK FOR: 1. Remove and replace seven Trane gas and electric package units with all necessary service connections including new electrical disconnect. 2. Replace three AAON gas and electric package units with all necessary service connections including new electrical disconnect. NOTE: 2 of 3 units are to be installed during the surgery shut down. 3. Replace one AAON split system surgery unit with a gas and electric package unit with all necessary service connections including new electrical disconnect, duct modifications, roof curb installation and roof work. a. The Contractor shall ensure that the AAON HVAC units are fully installed, commissioned, and operational no later than two calendar weeks from the commencement of installation activities. The work will be started on an agreed upon schedule with the owner. Timely completion is critical to maintaining uninterrupted patient access to surgical care and avoiding adverse impacts to hospital operations. 4. All air intakes for replacement units must be a minimum of thirty-six inches above roof. 5. Project includes duct materials as needed, electrical materials, gas connections, crane, roof work, test and balance. 6. Project schedule - A proposed schedule will be included as part of the bid package showing timeline for material receipt on site and timeline for individual unit and total project replacement time. 7. Replaced units will be returned to owner and stored on site. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount).
