Site work and renovation of a detention facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to design, furnish, install, configure, and commission a complete security camera system at designated CDHS facilities. Services shall include site assessment, system design, equipment procurement, cabling, installation, integration with existing security and network infrastructure, testing, and staff training. The contractor must ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, State IT and security standards, and CDHS policies. The contractor shall also provide as- built documentation , system warranties, and postinstallation support during the warranty period to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. Environmental hazards assessment, testing and abatement (as necessary) are covered by CDHS outside of this scope. Installation of IP cameras and infrastructure.
