Demolition, site work and renovation of an office development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a office development; and for the renovation of a 32,152-square-foot office development.
This requirement is being competed exclusively among holders of the General Contractor and Specialty Trades Supply Arrangement (GCSA) who are qualified for the applicable stream and geographic region. The PSPC Fit-Up project consists of the renovation and modernization of approximately 2,987 m2 of office space. The work includes selective demolition, construction of new offices, meeting and collaboration spaces, installation of raised access flooring, architectural finishes, millwork, furniture coordination, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical and telecommunications, to create a modern, flexible, and accessible workplace environment. This requirement is being competed exclusively among holders of the General Contractor and Specialty Trades Supply Arrangement (GCSA) who are qualified for the applicable stream and geographic region.
