The existing fire alarm control panel at 135 Madison Avenue is no longer supported by the manufacturer. This project encompasses replacement of the existing fire alarm control panel with an addressable system and replacement of related components throughout the fivelevel building, including: o Addressable smoke detection devices Sprinkler tamper switches o Pull stations Air conditioning duct detectors o Elevator shaft detectors o Heat detectors in boiler rooms The following estimated quantities are provided for reference based on a January 2025 proposal for replacement of the existing fire alarm system . These quantities are not guaranteed to represent current conditions or final system requirements. Bidders are responsible for verifying existing conditions and determining the final quantities and components necessary to provide a complete, code-compliant, operational fire alarm system. Technical questions may also be raised with the Property Manager during the August 21, 2026 pre-bid site visit.
