The City seeks qualified, licensed contractor(s) to provide on-call emergency and scheduled services for repairs, installations, and troubleshooting of existing backup power generation and electrical systems across various municipal facilities for up to 5 years. These include water and wastewater treatment plants, remote pump stations, odor control sites, and water storage facilities (both elevated and ground-level tanks). The different power levels contractors could encounter include 25KV, 4160V, 480V and below. The City reserves the right to enter into one or more contracts with firms based on price, location of services, hours of operation, and/or availability of services with minimum delay. No representation or guarantee is made regarding the quantity of work to be awarded under any as-needed service contract. The selected contractor(s) shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment, testing instruments, materials (unless otherwise specified), transportation, and supervision to perform scope of work in compliance with applicable codes and standards, and relevant local and state regulations. Coordination with City staff is required to ensure safety and operational continuity. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis. Contractors must provide a written estimate for each job, itemizing labor, materials, and any special equipment or rentals prior to commencement. A separate purchase order (PO) will be issued for each task. Unless otherwise specified for emergency services, all work shall be performed during standard business hours between 7am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
