Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Williamsport, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Site 1 - S. Conococheague St. 1. Exhibit A (sidewalk improvement plan) illustrates the area to be removed and replaced by concrete sidewalks compliant with current Americans with Disabilities Act regulations. 2. The contractor will need to excavate the existing top soil and adjacent grass and to a depth necessary to allow for compaction of the subbase, installation of 4 inches of compacted gravel and then for a 4" thick concrete sidewalk to be built. 3. All materials will be removed and hauled away for disposal by the contractor. 4. Install/Construct a continuous concrete sidewalk leading from the corner of W. Sunset Avenue along South Conococheague Street to area located across from Dollar General. Then a crosswalk to Dollar General. The total length is estimated at 6,125 square feet of 4 inch sidewalk, 80 square feet of detectable surfaces, 95 linear feet type D curb,64 square yard of drive way pavement, 580 square yard site restoration, but measurements by potential contractors is encouraged. 5. The work should include everything necessary to complete the project such as (but not limited to): supplying of all materials, saw- cutting and removal of existing pavement, sidewalk, and tree removal where necessary. Work also to include clearing, grubbing, and other site preparation, performing final seeding, mulching, and cleanup.
