Description

Site work and paving for a municipal facility in Fairfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of its Public Works Departments (DPW) and Fairfield Public Schools (FPS) is seeking competitive bids for qualified Contractors for the replacement, repair, rehabilitation, and installation of concrete and asphalt curbing. The curbing is various lengths and can either be full depth , extruded concrete, asphalt, or stone curbs through the Town. Contract Term/Renewals: The initial contract term for this service shall be one (1) year with four (4) optional one-year renewals up to a maximum contract term of five (5) years. Renewal of the contract term beyond the initial one (1) year period shall be at the sole discretion of the Town. Question Deadline 08/10/2026 at 4:00 PM ET
