Demolish the existing energy recovery ventilation units (ERU) and replace them with two new Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) in Building 1130 Annex in accordance with the Statement of Work. The work is to be completed within a period of performance of 115 calendar days and includes all labor, materials, equipment, and related services necessary to remove the existing systems and install the new DOAS units. The Magnitude of this requirement is valued between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
