Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lyons, New York. Completed plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Replacement of concrete sidewalk in multiple locations including Central Park, Butternut St., Church St., Broad St., Williams St. & Queen St. The Project includes the following Work: The Base Bid project improvements include replacing approximately 11,000 SF of concrete sidewalk in Central Park, 7,850 SF of sidewalk replacement on portions of Butternut Street and Church Street, and 1,600 SF of new tinted concrete sidewalk on Broad Street, Williams Street, and Queen Street in the Town of Lyons, Wayne County, NY. Work includes new ADA ramps, and associated driveway and lawn restoration. The work in Central Park also includes constructing new reinforced concrete foundations for a future monumant, two new flag poles (to be installed by others), and two existing street lights (to be re-installed by others) Question Deadline 08/17/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
