The project scope of work includes (2) increments as illustrated on sheet a1.1, but is not limited to the following : Increment 1 scope of work to include : Home and visitor grandstand bleachers with accessible ramps Home side bleacher to include press box "Building p Increment 2 scope of work to include: oNew concession building "Building f" with multiple-accomodation restrooms & single occupancy gender neutral restrooms, and team room New mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems for concessions building oReplacement of existing accessible path of travel around perimeter of track along with additional flatwork surrounding.
