Description

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Three Hills, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The Town of Three Hills (the "Town") invites proposals from experienced contractors for the complete overhaul of the existing sauna at the Three Hills Aquatic Centre. The sauna is original to the facility, having been constructed in 1987, and has received repairs and maintenance over the years. The Town is now seeking a comprehensive renewal that addresses the age and condition of the existing sauna and provides a durable, safe, energy-efficient and maintainable commercial sauna suitable for a high-use public aquatic facility.
