A certified check drawn on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, payable to the Housing Authority, or satisfactory bond executed by an acceptable surety on the Bid Bond form contained in the Specifications, or other form acceptable to HUD and the LHA, and in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
