Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Eastman, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Facility renovation services to remove existing security hardware devices, associated electrical power wiring, and conduit; remove protruding or extruding metal hardware; and perform refinishing and painting of affected walls, doors, and ceilings to restore surfaces to a clean, finished condition. Work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to safely remove obsolete components and complete surface preparation and finishing in accordance with applicable standards. During the site visit, no questions can be asked and there will be no speaking to any government personnel.
